Clinic hours Tuesday through Thursday, noon to 8 pm, and Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm — and a phone that is answered around the clock. The fastest way to reach me is a text; it comes to my phone.
Accepting new patients, with immediate availability. Those hours run as a walk-in clinic — book ahead if you can and your place is held, or come in during clinic hours and you will be seen if there is room. No referral is needed. If coming in is not practical, a virtual doctor consultation by video works anywhere in California.

Scheduling, refills, a photo of a rash, or a question about whether something is worth coming in for. Usually the fastest answer you will get.
Call
When it is easier to explain out loud than to type. Same number — it rings the same phone.
Best for anything with an attachment — old records, prior labs, imaging reports, insurance paperwork.

Finding the office
The building is a single story — everything is at ground level, no stairs or elevator. Suite A is Phil Zhou Medical’s own office, not a shared suite — the name on the door is the one you are looking for.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 12:00–8:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am–5:00 pm
Phone and text
24 hours a day, seven days a week. The office keeps set hours; the phone does not keep hours at all.
Outside those hours
House calls, and visits by arrangement when the clinic hours do not work. Text and ask — the schedule is more flexible than the hours above suggest.
