Employer Plan
$75 per employee a month
- A doctor your staff can call or text
- Minimum four people — the owner counts
- Choose how many at checkout and list their names and phone numbers there
Checkout
How billing works. You are charged the day you join and again on the same date each month. Checkout runs through Stripe, so your card or bank details go to Stripe and never to this website.
Changing or cancelling. Update your card or cancel any time in the billing portal, or call or text (562) 575-6816. Cancelling stops the next charge.
On Medicare? Please text me before you subscribe. Medicare has specific rules for a practice like mine, and I will walk you through them first.
Prefer to pay per visit? An office visit is $150, no membership needed. Book a visit.
